CIRQUEL joins Startup Boost Zaragoza: A new chapter of growth & collaboration

Yesterday on 17th of September 2025 - marked the official kickoff of Startup Boost Zaragoza, the acceleration programme in which CIRQUEL is proud to participate. Organised by Sherpa Tribe under the INCIBE Emprende initiative of the Spanish government, in collaboration with Fundación Ibercaja and the Ayuntamiento de Zaragoza, this four-month hybrid programme is designed to propel tech startups ( BIDFACTORY, Biopareja, Mettis AI, Bugcle, SCAI Engineering, Pulpop, Ostirion, FenixX,) working in mobility, sustainability and cybersecurity.
A venue built for innovation
The opening took place at Mobility City, a flagship hub in Zaragoza dedicated to sustainable mobility and smart city innovation, located inside the emblematic Bridge Pavilion designed by Zaha Hadid. Hosting Startup Boost at this venue highlights the programme’s strong connection with future-driven industries — not only mobility, but also sustainability, logistics, and urban transformation. It was the perfect stage to bring together entrepreneurs, policymakers, and investors aligned around Europe’s green and digital transition.
Sherpa Tribe, INCIBE & EU Support
Behind Startup Boost stands Sherpa Tribe, a venture builder and innovation consultancy with deep expertise in supporting early-stage startups. Together with INCIBE Emprende, part of Spain’s National Cybersecurity Institute, and backed by NextGenerationEU recovery funds, the programme ensures that startups are not only accelerating their growth but also contributing to Europe’s twin goals of digitalisation and sustainability. This combination of local infrastructure, national strategy, and EU funding creates a unique ecosystem where startups like CIRQUEL can thrive.

Looking ahead
We are excited to embark on this journey. CIRQUEL will be actively engaging in all the programme’s phases: from mentorship to Investor Day. As we move forward, we aim to bring back learning and improvements to our operations — particularly in reverse logistics, product lifecycle management, and sustainable returns handling.
